Anatomic (Partial& Total) Shoulder Prosthesis

Anatomic shoulder prostheses are designed to mimic the natural structure and movement of the shoulder joint. They are used in patients with intact rotator cuffs and good bone quality, typically for osteoarthritis or fractures. This type of prosthesis maintains the normal ball-and-socket orientation, with the ball component replacing the humeral head and the socket replacing the glenoid. It helps restore natural shoulder function, mobility, and pain relief.

3/4 Peg Glenoid PE
Size: XS-S-M-L
The ¾ pegged glenoids are manufactured from UHMWPE and all cemented for the anatomic surgery options. The system has 4 size options and the x-small and Small sizes have 2 peripheral and one central pegs and the medium and the large sizes have 3 peripheral and 1 central pegs. Color-coded trials and reamers are availeble for all sizes within the system.

Humeral Head Centric & Eccentric
Ø 39-43-46-50 mm
For the hemi and anatomic solutions the system has forged CoCr humeral heads. The humeral heads have 4 sizes 39, 43, 46, and 50. And also have centric and excentric options. The excentric humeral heads are 3 mm out off the center. If you use and excentric humeral head you can easily mark its position by the help of the marks on the trial heads.

Modular Neck

The system has 3 different length of titanium modular neck options: +0, +3, and +5. The trials and the definitive modular necks have its own extraction system.

Humeral Component Cemented & Cementless
Size: 10-12-14
The Hemilock humeral proximal component is manufactured from titanium and available in diameters of 10-12 and 14 mm in both cemented and cementless forms. The cementless humeral component has a plasma sprayed commercially pure titanium and Hydroxyapatite coating. The proximal component also has suture holes on it.

Epiphyseal Humeral Component Cemented & Cementless

The epiphyseal humeral component is manufactured by titanium and available in diameters Ø27-30-33-36-38 in both cemented and cementless forms. The component has a plasma sprayed commercially pure titanium and HA coating . At also has suture holes on it.

Humeral Stem Cemented & Cementless

There are two types of distal humeral stems in the system. Cemented and cementless forms. The cemented distal stem is round and has a grit blasted surface and available in diameters 8,9,10,11,12,13. The cementless distal stem is available in diameters 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15. The distal end of the cementless humeral stem is cylindrical with a grit blasted surface and two unthreaded screw holes in the anterior / posterior direction for fixation using bone screws. The both cemented and cementless distal stems has a length options of 50, 120, 160, 180 and 200 mm.

Connection Screw Standard
Size, Ø4,5mm
The titianium alloy connection screw of the humeral component and the distal stem has a standard size and the diameter is Ø4,5 mm.

Collar Implant & Screw
6 suture holes
The system has a titanium collar implant and its screw with a 6 holes which helps for the tuberosity synthesis. This system helps the surgeon a lot for fixation in cases with comminuted fractures. The collar implant system is in the products range of only three companies in the World.

Cortical Screw

The titanium alloy cortical screw has a 4,5 mm diameter and is available in 6 lengths: 18,20,22,24,26 and 28 mm. It helps for the fixation of the cementless humeral stems if needed. The system also has a distal aiming guide.
