Cannulated Reamer
The Ø30 mm cannulated reamer removes the cortical bone from the surface of the humeral head, providing access to the cancellous bone and creating a flat surface for graft placement.

Bone Pusher
The four-pronged bone pusher is designed to assist in removing bone fragments retained within the reamer or BLO cutting block.
Graft Reamer
The Ø25 mm graft reamer is designed to prepare the bone graft by creating a central hole with a Ø7.5 mm drill to accommodate the peg of the metal glenoid baseplate. Simultaneously, the outer reamer portion shapes the graft to match the diameter of the baseplate for optimal fit and stability.

BLO Cutting Block
The BLO cutting block allows precise shaping of the humeral head bone graft by providing controlled thickness, flatness, and angulation tailored to the patient’s anatomy. It enables the preparation of grafts with thicknesses of 4, 7, 10, or 15 mm, and angular cuts of 5° or 7°, as required.
Trials
The system has 4 thicknesses options as follows: 4 , 7 , 10 and 15mm and each thicknesses are available with 0 , 5 and 7 degree angles.
